Shipping Information
We estimate domestic orders will arrive within three to ten (3-10) business days from the date they leave our LA factory. Please allow three (3) business days for us to process your order. Shipping times may vary but rest assured we work our hardest to get you order to you as quickly as possible. We do not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays.
Domestic Shipping: Shipping is calculated at checkout. If your order is over $100 and you live in the continental US, shipping is on us! *Currently shipping is free on all domestic orders over $100.
International Shipping: International shipping will be calculated at checkout. At this time all international shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
** All items purchased during our sale are exchange only. We are happy to get you into your correct size or preferred color but can only issue store credit or gift card for later use.
If an item doesn’t work out, no problem! Groceries will happily fully refund unused, unwashed and unaltered merchandise with the original tags attached.
Please visit our returns page to begin your return process. There is a flat rate charge of $4 for any return label processed. If you do not ship your package using the return label we provide you, we cannot guarantee the merchandise if it is lost in the mail.
All merchandise must be returned to our shipping department within fifteen (15) business days from the date you received your order shipment. Once your return is received, we will refund the items onto the original credit card that was used. Please allow ten (10) business days for your refund to be processed. We will notify you via email when your return is accepted and your refund has been processed.
Please note, any original shipping charges are non-refundable. All sale items and gift card purchases are final sale.
