Returns and Exchanges

If an item doesn’t work out, no problem! Groceries will happily fully refund unused, unwashed and unaltered merchandise with the original tags attached. 

Please visit our returns page to begin your return process. There is a flat rate charge of $3 for any return label processed. If you do not ship your package using the return label we provide you, we cannot guarantee the merchandise if it is lost in the mail.

All merchandise must be returned to our shipping department within thirty (30) business days from the date you received your shipment. Once your return is received, we will refund the items onto the original credit card that was used. Please allow ten (10) business days for your refund to be processed. We will notify you via email when your return is accepted and your refund has been processed.

Please note, any original shipping charges are non-refundable. All sale items and gift card purchases are final sale.

This Returns and Exchanges policy applies to online orders only.  For wholesale returns policy, please contact your sales representative.

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping: Shipping is calculated at checkout. If your order is over $75 and you live in the continental US, shipping is on us!

Domestic orders usually arrive within three to five (3-5) business days from the date that they leave our LA warehouse. Please allow forty-eight (48) hours for us to process your order.

International Shipping: International shipping will be calculated at checkout. At this time all international shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
